Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

High street banks cannot compete.

Just the fact that I get an instant notification on every transaction is enough of a reason to switch. Starling Banks customer service is also nearly instant, Monzo takes days to reply. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

So easy

It does everything a high street bank does, but so much simpler and with ease of use in mind. I don't feel like I'm being sold to all the time like other banks. UX is great. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Starling simplifies payments and expenditure overview.

It has never been easier to split a bill between friends, or send a payment request. Doing that only requires a few clicks on the app and the payee doesn't need to have a Starling account. The overview of payments is great, although there is still room for improvement. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

So Simple

Setting up my new bank account was far simpler than I thought, and then the migration from my old bank account was completely effortless. It was completed on time and I was kept notified when the process was initiated and when it was finished. I also received notifications to let me know that ALL of my standing orders had been migrated. I should have switched to Starling long ago! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Cannot fault it!

The perfect account for at home or abroad! I'm a frequent user and enjoy all aspects of the current account via the app. Having 'Goals' to set up is a real help and the ease at which I can transfer money or pay is effortless!
