Starling star

Excellent - even for oldies!

I reach the age of 80 this year (hopefully...), and believe me, if you can use a modern smartphone the Starling account really is worth consideration. I receive a Euro pension and have a linked Euro account. When travelling, the Starling debit card senses which currency account to charge, no exchange involved - simples! - followed by notification to the phone. Very smart. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Simply thee best

I can't rate this bank enough, what with its no fuss app, Starling actually do what it says in its advertising, very easy and lighting fast transfering of funds, lighting quick spending alerts, very happy chappy... Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Convenience, immediacy and control over my account.

I like to know instantly what I have spent and what the balance of my account is. I get this to perfection. Sometimes when I am at an ATM or a shop till, I hear the update come through on my phone before the cash has been dispensed from the ATM or the till receipt has printed out. Brilliant! Revolutionary

Opened an account just as an experiment, as a side account to put money away but loved it so much it is now my main account. The app is easy, useful and practical, the banking is simple and doesn't have a hoard of features but that is best, they are focused and able to provide an amazing service.
