Intuitive banking for the modern world

I love that its purely App based.. its functionality provides so many benefits to being a truly mobile banking experience. The products and service make complete sense to me with a real focus on a healthy attitude towards "Wealth fitness" Seamless, speedy and accurate, and more to the point I haven't experienced a single outage to date.. An account that works with a European lifestyle.

I live between the UK and France (mostly) this account has offered flexibility in currency and travelling between our houses. I enjoy the layout and the easy of use. The fee structure is by far the best and is saving me money and time compared to the other systems I have tried in the past. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Fantastic bank

I cannot fault Starling Bank. We now have personal; joint and Euro accounts all of which are instantly visible when transactions are made. Any issues are dealt with via the online messaging system and always with a very positive outcome. We love the fact that the bank is constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience and the live exchange rate that is offered to us. Keep up the brilliant work! Needs improvement

Used this account for travelling but was let down. several transactions were declined at a large business in an EU country but the funds were earmarked so I couldn’t spend for the rest of the holiday. Customer service on this issue was poor and inconsistent, with different reasons being given each time I contacted them. Had I not had any cash with me or other accounts then this could have left me abroad in a sticky situation. App lags behind its competitors with poor interface and lack of features. User friendly banking

I can recommend this product, it has changed my mindset to managing my finances, reduced the extortionate fees I was paying to a high street bank and educated me better on how to bank sensibly. High street banks don’t educate the customer, they simply rip them off for as much money as they can!!! Reviewed on: 20th January 2020
