Fantastic easy to use bank account

What do I love best about my Starling account??? Well apart from the interest earned, the fact I can use it abroad with no charges, the ease of getting through to customer services, the 'spaces' option to save alongside my main account, the 'round-up' option to save a little every time I shop, and the fact that I get alerted the second I use my card, meaning I would know if i lost it and someone else used it, well there is not much to say really! :-) Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

No Drama!

Starling banking is how I like it: unobtrusive. It doesn't make any demands on my time, it's available for whatever I want, whenever I want it. I've actually started boasting about my bank. I mean, come on, getting cocky about my banking choice? Ridiculous... Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Simple to use

Easy to use app which is very easy to navigate. I like that I can have notifications to let me know when money is going in or out. I also like that you can see how much you have spent in a day and a breakdown of where the money has gone to. I think that the split option is also a good idea for ease of splitting the bill when out with friends. The only thing I would like to see is a quick balance check option so that you don't have to log in. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Feel confident using Starling.

As a retiree,online digital banking,away from a high street, is something new to me and outside my normal comfort zone. Having used starling for over a year now,I feel more than comfortable using it.Since I will travelling in Europe more these days the addition of a euro account is particularily usefull. Simple, efficient, good value and secure!

The set up process is simple and quick- use of the card is easy and efficient, instant notifications of use is a great benefit . Use abroad is equally as easy, no charges with good exchange rates. Great bank and customer focused. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020

Excellent Service

2019 was the first time I tried out FinTech banks away from traditional banking and the experience with Starling so far has been such a breeze. The app is great, very responsive and easy to navigate. The 'spaces' areas to make savings easier and with the option to round up on spending has been so helpful. The physical card is very attractive and I've had many people ask me about it when I've used it in shops. The main plus point is the convenience of always being able to track your finances, especially having instant logging of spending in the app, option to see incoming payments couple of days ahead and the app automatically splitting the spending into categories.
