Outstanding customer experience

Right from day 1, I felt completely in control of how, when and where I spend money using my starling card. Without the marketing hype, this is truly about customer first. Service has been exceptional and now all members of my family have starling accounts. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Excellent bank account

The ability to earn interest on balances in a current account is quite unheard of nowadays plus they have free euro accounts and you can spend in pounds and euros effortlessly with the same card. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

It is just as good as it looks.

Great customer service, great app

Initial opening was not so easy due to my circumstances but as soon as customer services were contacted I was given clear information about how to proceed and the account was opened forthwith. The app is great, I like the instant notifications. It's straightforward to transfer money. Being able to put in cash through the post office is fantastic, better than having bank branches!
