Starling, great company for personal banking

Great current account with no hidden charges. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Very poor customer service

Was on the phone for a total of 1hr and 19 mins even before opening an account. Fir some reason my driving licence wasn't being accepted and I was told over the phone was I sure it was a real one. Of course it was a real one but all of a sudden the attitude of the advisor became very aggressive. I was put on hold for 22mins before they cut me off. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Excellent bank.

Absolutely love the simplicof the app, and the "spaces" in which I can put bye money without it showing in my available balance which has made it easier for me to save. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Starling Bank - Exceptional Company

After 35 years with a major high street bank, I moved to Starling Bank following a recommendation and reading all the web data, the biggest motivator was Anne Boden’s blogs so honest it was gard to believe. Having made the change (so very simple to do I hasten to ad) In October 2019, everything has been simplicity in the extreme. Congratulations Anne B by 2025 you will be CEO of a monster, and I for one will plough cash into a share issue when it arrives. This company will crush all the high street banks because the young are tech and mobile savvy and don’t need hassle with going into the high street banks. A fantastic bank..change to Starling now!

A brilliant bank, fantastic customer service 24hrs. Not charged when you change money abroad. You can have a euro account also and it automatically uses this account if you use to pay anything in euros again no charge. Just the best account ever. Change now. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
