PLAINLY AND SIMPLY, THE BEST BANK!

Immediate notifications of any spend. Prompt replies to queries as you would expectfrom top class customer service and in my experience, trustworthy third party recommendations. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Low tech user of high tech bank

I’ve not used online banking with my previous high street banks and after good reviews plumped for starling as my first step . I found the app very easy to use , I love being able to section up my monthly outgoings making keeping on top of direct debits so easy . The ease of transferring money to other accounts is another great feature, I would and have recommend starling as a great bank to friends and family Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Fast service and easy to use

I went on holiday to America and didn’t receive any charges using my card abroad. I received a notification as soon as I had spent any money and it was converted instantly with a decent rate. I could also turn my security settings on or off on the card allowing me to swipe for transactions which in the American theme parks came in handy. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Banking made easy

From the moment I set up my Starling account, the experience has stood out as unlike any bank I've ever been with before. The user experience is so streamlined it almost feels too easy! And if you every have any queries, you can get hold of someone in a flash via their excellent app. The account itself provides some great functionality, including savings pots, and unparalleled features such as fee-free (and hassle-free) foreign currency transactions, which is what initially attracted me to them.
