Every time I ring with what I think is a stupid idea, they help without making me feel stupid, what they do after I’m not bothered, they make me feel like that they I’m the only person there. Starling are not experiencing higher than average calls

What a breath of fresh air. Listen up, you don’t have to sit on hold for 45 mins, you can have a user friendly app, you can have all the simple tools you want to manage your money! And it’s a real bank!! Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Hand on heart Starling spaces taught me to save. Having spaces with goals, %s of goals etc to visually display progress encouraged me to save. Additionally having multiples spaces in the same app made saving easier as it wasn’t all in one big unorganised pot. Had no issues with the current account side of things, but it’s the saving spaces that make it fantatic for me. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
