Reluctant contactless user

As an senior I was sceptical about contactless but as an avid coffee shop user and park walker I had to go contactless to visit the places I like -my sons recommended Starling and after signing up easily I became a user !! Just brilliant

The Starling process of opening an account is as easy as it should be! No more faffing with going into a branch, waiting in line, producing documents. The debit card arrived so quickly and the packaging was insane, it looked like an invitation to a plush party. Great rates for using money abroad. Easy to save money for stuff by putting it in a little 'pocket' so you can't get your grubby mits on it. I've recommended to all my friends who travel/pay for things abroad. Never looked back

I joined Starling in 2007 after seeing an advert online. I have had two other main current account providers and found both to be average. I’ve always struggled to save and often found it hard to monitor my spending. Starling is fantastic and the options for saving are so motivating that I have more savings that debts for the first time in my adult life. I also travel and using starling without fees has saved me so much money. Their customer service is great; replying quickly to any questions.
