Brilliant technology

A nice clean user Interface makes keeping track of your finances easier and more enjoyable. Transferring money is easier & faster than traditional banking. One of my favourite features is that the sort code is not on the card but only on the app so if you were to lose your card no one could order anything online with your card. Customer Service Let's it Down

This Bank has a good idea, however it is badly executed. I've never been able to use Google Pay, and never been given a straight answer why, also can't use pay at pump, they can't be contacted via phone and they don't even provide cheque books. This bank has a long way to go and I recommend you don't get sucked into the "Hype" of challanger banks as they still have a long way to go. Reviewed on: 15th November 2019
