I love how accessible it is and that its internstional

Convenient, mordern and simple

I use my Starling account on a regular basis. Whenever I need to check my account, the mobile app loads up quickly and the information I need is only a few clicks away. For example, if you forgot your PIN, with traditional banks this would have posed a big issue, but with Starling just log in and in just a few minutes you'll have it. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2019

So user friendly!

I have never regretted moving to Starling. Their app is so easy to use! Gone are the days of having to take a trip down town to a branch with reams of paperwork. Everything is online. My wife and son have now also moved over to Starling too. I have a personal account, a joint account with my wife and a savings account. I have encountered NO problems using Starling. Easy to use, does everything I want it to do

The app is good, it was easy to sign up and had no issues whatsoever yet. Really like the instant spending notifications and the ability to spend abroad with no fees. Also, the insights tools are useful for doing end of month budget, although I wish there was a way to exclude certain payments from the summary as often moving money around will be seen as a 'payment'. Best bank ever

Anne Boden and her team of digital wizards have created a bank which is soo easy to use, understandable and informative. It also makes customers relationship with money much better and helps with categorising bills and payments. Money instantly leaving the person’s balance and notifying them the payment has gone through. Personally I have even dumped by main stream bank and now only use Starling Bank.
