Starling ain't that helpful....

Had an issue whereby the let a retailer take from monies from my account twice, when I only authorised it once. According to Starling, that's perfectly fine. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

The Starling App is easiest banking app to navigate.

The Starling App is easiest banking app to navigate. The notifications when withdrawals are made are immediate in your account and find this of great benefiting is an added security.. The notifications wen direct debits are due are another benefit all in all I am very pleased with Starling Bank and a great improvement of my previous First Direct account.
