Best bank ever

I have been using Starling for 3 years. I can contact them whenever I need to. They provide speedy responses and are very helpful. The flexibility and features of the bank are great, for example using spaces and set up direct debits to be paid from them or order a card for that space. The child card is also really good. There is no need for a separate bank account for wither of these features. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Top bank!

The app is really intuitive and easy to use. Being able to partition money into spaces without it having to leave your current account makes saving for things easier. I've not had a problem to have to complain ablut anything, but whenever I've had to contact customer services, they have responded quickly and my queries answered concisely. As an added bonus, the cards are made from recycled plastic! Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Disappointed when I had a fraudulent transaction it...

Disappointed when I had a fraudulent transaction it was initially refunded but because I missed a message they repaid it..so I paid £60 for a hotel room I never booked Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
