Great banking app

Simple yet secure. It's a great and flexible banking app. So easy to tap into, unlike most other online banks and everything is pretty untuitive. It's my banking favourite. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Starling is the best.

Starling is the best. It was like a breath of fresh air joining them. SO much is easier, from scanning in cheques, to seeing and controlling all of your funds. Adding others to the account or having pots to put money in for things like the car MOT over time Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Great banking

I've been banking with Starling bank since 2019 and from day one I have always been impressed with my current account with them. The customer service has always been so friendly an accommodating whenever I need them (which is very rare) and the app is easy to use and has a great layout. The Overdraft fees I have experienced have been low and manageable to keep track of (i.e. one small payment a month rather than daily charges). Setting up my account with them was a nice smooth process and I love the pots of money you can create for different occasions. I also love the 'share the load' calculator they have created to keep track of unpaid household work between people in my household. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024

Best current account I've ever used.

Best current account I've ever used. The app is infinitely better than that of the older legacy banks. It's like Starling is Apple in the banking world and the others are tech companies that never make the headlines. I like that Starling have given a generous interest rate for a current account and make it clear when this will be paid - unlike other banks. Also, if you want to contact Starling you will easily be able to get hold of a human, whereas other banks try desperately to prevent you from doing this and instead you have to deal with a bot which won't be able to answer any mildly complicated questions.
