Best bank ever!

Starling Bank is amazing. From sign-up to everyday use, they’ve thought of every little bit and made my life as a customer easy to bank with them. Recommended them to all my friends. Only downside is when it comes to splitting the bill and all my friends pull out the same looking Starling card! Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Great bank, easy to use, killer features and offer

- Joint accounts are great - Features like instant notifications are great - Travel product is great - Combined - even better - nothing more useful than immediately seeing a foreign transaction as well as the local currency and sterling equivalent. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Amazing digital banking experience

Since 2016, I have tried a variety of digital banks. Starling's commitment to making the user's experience as painless and satisfying as possible is admirable. Compared to other banks, I found the sign-up process to be extremely smooth, the features to be very useful, and the customer support to be very responsive. My only request is to improve the joint account vetting process since I'm currently blocked from using this feature for no logical reason. Since I am a big fan of the tech company's mission, values, and product, I would rate it a 4/5 since not having access to a joint account prevents me from taking full advantage of what I need as a user. One of the best go to ways to manage your money

A great way of understanding where your money is going across a variety of payment methods E. G. Cards, bacs and faster payments. Simple but intuitive layout makes it clear to navigate and understand spend across a variety of categories that makes it easier to understand where potential savings could be made. Clear notifications and upfront information to notify users when payments are due providing plenty of notice to ensure finances are lined up correctly. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Great app, good features

The app for this bank if very informative, has some good features one which enables you to move money into saving 'spaces'. Very good customer support that are very professional and know what they are doing. There's more than one way to contact customer support. The only negative that I can think about this bank is when depositing money they don't have any actual branches of their own so you've to go to a post office, and after depositing a certain amount you will be charged for the service. Game changer for how current accounts work

Mainstream banks are scrambling to catch up but still haven't managed. The instant updates and notifications, special features like named spaces with recurring transfer rules, and ability to direct standing orders and direct debit to come out of individual spaces is a game changer!
