The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Extremely flexible, great service

Very flexible account with many features that are helpful and enhance the banking experience. Starling are very proactive in updating and are continually improving the account. No charge for foreign currency transactions is very beneficial. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Perfect Account

I thought I would miss visiting a bank branch if I had a query but starling have made it so easy for me with multiple contact options, I also value the spending habits,it has made me more savvy when it comes to where my money is going. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Easiest bank ever!

I started banking with Starling for my business around 3 years ago now and had the best experience. Everything is at your fingertips through a very intuitive app and customer service (should you ever need to use them...you probably won't) is superb. I love Starling so much that I have switched my current account to them, as has my partner and our 2 kids have too - no other bank compares! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

I would recommend starling bank to any body who wants to bank with ease and no worries, there customer service is very responsive they are there for you if you run into trouble with rouge merchants providing if you have evidence and proof of the transaction.
