Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Always on hand!

Every time I’ve ever had a query about a payment I’ve had first class customer service. Easy and quick and it’s like chatting to a friend. Wouldn’t bank with anyone else. Oh and as someone down on their luck at the moment, I can sort out problems as I’m reminded that I don’t have money in my account to cover bills. Makes such a difference. Excellent

After losing my business due to covid, I am left with considerable debt. With now having zero in my credit history I was ashamed, felt vulnerable to be left with no accounts. However, after some research I decided to join Starling, and have always enjoyed using the app, the support team over the phone are always friendly and supportive.
