More than just a bank

My daughter recommended the bank to me and once I joined I recommended it one. It’s safe, easy to use and amazing to be able to have spaces to save money where you can see easy at a glance. A bank which is more than just a bank. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Safe banking

Since joining starling I have full secure access to my account. Always notified about any activity gives me total peace of mind about security on my account which I didn't get with RBS who often made mistakes and even emptied my account on 2 occasions without notifying me....that was the reason I joined Starling and have never been happier with my banking. Excellent bank, easier to communicate with than most brick and mortar companies, any time I’ve had an issue (usually myself being goofy) they’re there guiding me through within minutes, app actually works (!!!) consistently (!!!!) and is well designed to perform all necessary banking without going back and forth between app, phone website etc, everything I’d expect and more packaged and delivered beautifully Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great banking and customer service

Efficient and I have only ever had one issue which was not with starling bank but with a issue I had with a cashpoint and the issue was with the cashpoint company and starling resolved the problem for me and took all the stress from my shoulders and resolved my issue for me Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
