Very efficient Banking, Very secure, and always reply to chat and emails, reacted very quickly and were brilliant when I had an issue with my account, cannot praise them enough, much more efficient than High street banking, Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

3 years and counting

I have had an account with starling for 3 years, I thoroughly enjoy how easy the app is to use. I have had a couple of issues when sending money internationally and so has mu partner, mainly lack of communication when they are reviewing the payment. One payment took over 10days so we cancelled and used revolt which took 8hrs to send money internationally to my account in another country. Apart from these issues I highly rate starling and always promote mu friends and family to sign up and use. 4.5 out of 5 from me. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Favorite bank

I use it for everything, all my Apple Pay purchases, online shopping, everything. The saving spaces are absolutely perfect spend function very well. User interface is great. The app is easy to use with a simple design. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easy, convenient banking

I love Starling. The app is so user friendly yet gives you confidence that they take security very seriously. Great to have both of things - other banks make security an excuse for a poor user experience. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Simplicity itself

Easiest bank ever used, simple set up, top range of products and the odd time needed customer service excelled. I was a bank hopping switcher but stayed with Starling as suits my needs here & abroad. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Super easy to use.
