Very effective banking system

I find Starling’s on-line banking much better than my old monthly-statements bank. The account is very up to date, so I don’t need receipts to manage my money. When I had a card stolen they replaced it very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. I am very glad I took the plunge and chose them. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great service

I have used starling for over a year now, the one thing I love about this bank is not only how easy it is to transfer money and create saving areas, but how quickly they respond to correspondence, or calls or applications. You are not waiting weeks and weeks to hear back they respond so fast, are understanding and give you the answers you need. I have no plans to leave this bank in the future. I have to say the customer service I have to deal with is amazing - always helpful and quick to revert with the problem sorted. Starling Bank impresses on every level!

Starling Bank are the no. 1 choice! I have had such a positive experience. The account was so straightforward to open, my debit card arrived within a couple of days. The app is outstanding, easy to use, I find the tracking of my expenditure very useful, you can very quickly and clearly see where you’re spending your money. Setting up payees is also very easy.
