Easy, reliable & friendly

I've been using starling for my personal and business account provider for 4 years now, and I just can't fault them. Their app is quick and easy to use, with lots functionality. Plus I can log in via the web portal if I need to do more in-depth things. Over the 4 years I think I've had to contact customer services twice, and on both occasions my query has been resolved within minutes. I wouldn't go back to a hight street bank now. Just too good to be true

Love how we can have or card with us even when we do not have a physical card. the copy and paste options makes life a lot easier for online orders and work. Just love starling bank and I have recommended it to most of my family members already. we all love it... well the ones that got approved. I am pleased to bank with them. Brilliant Bank

Been banking with Starling for a few years now and I can highly recommend this bank. The bills pot is excellent, I pay a set amount into every week and let starling handle paying the bills when they fall due whilst I get on with my life. If you do have a query it is always dealt with promptly and professionally by a real person via the chat option, no more waiting for someone to answer a phone in a call center in a different country!
