Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Easy access bank account

Within minutes of starting the application for a current account and a few security steps I was accepted approved. It was so fast and not tedious like other banks. I opened a Starling account through recommendation from my partner so we could open a joint account as my normal and main bank account isnt accepting Joint account applications and hasnt been for the longest time so rather than continue waiting, I thought it is better to jump ship to a company that will allow me to manage my solo finances along with my joint finances. I think only 2 days pass and I had the card in my hands ready to use. Best Bank Ever

If you are in an old type bank, then it's time to move on. Starling Bank is a new type of bank with really good customer service and interaction. It's on line and phone app based. It's really safe and unhackable and offers interest. Very happy with the back and as I am only phone based for everything my life is easy and secure. I can cash cheques and send cheques, create reports have multiple mini accounts for budgeting, these are called Spaces. Very happy

I tend to use starling to keep money for spending on holiday, due to the no fees on foreign transaction. However, I like how easy the app is to use and have more innovative features than other banking apps I have. Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

Confusing and poor user experience

Good bank just wrong time for me

So I opened this account during the pandemic as I was self employed but then transitioned to another bank as needed a business bank account and I believe at the time Starling weren’t accepting them obviously due to Covid etc. But during this time I use them they were good as gold and as soon as I get my mortgage in place I think I have all accounts with them. User experience is very good and very secure when it comes to verification etc So I would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 13th February 2023
