Seamless experience

They're the future like Garlic Bread

So much better than the high Street 'big banks'. They understand the need of the digital age. I love the fact I can filter my transactions into categories so I can see each month where my biggest spends are. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023

The best bank

I am so glad I chose to swap to starling. I really like all the features they have, that it is ethical, champions helping their customers. Made the move over extremely easy and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to change banks. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023

Dead wood

Closed my account

Closed my account because i was paid income from being an artist - they didn’t support business income paid into my account but wouldn’t let me open a business account. Couldn’t win either way. Terrible customer service and made me feel insignificant. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023

Meets all my needs

Easiest way of banking I have used....

I originally started using Starling after looking at an account to use whilst on holiday to Canada for a couple of weeks and wanted to go about my life and payments easily and not carry around loads of CAD or have too many FX fees. Using the card abroad was super easy, the info given was great and I was very happy - then after a few months back home using my normal bank, I decided to switch it all over. Change all my DDs and use starling moving forward. I personally have never had an issue, it is easy to set up payments and also track your spending as well as creating pots for savings as you need to! Cannot fault them

Few years been with Starling now and I simple cannot fault them. The app is perfect, the security is tight even to the fact that send own money to different accounts a get caution messages! Reviewed on: 26th January 2023

Quick and Simple
