It's the best

You can contact them anytime you want you can chat with them most high street bank have live chat but you have to call them to sort problems out this is the best bank Reviewed on: 25th January 2023

A breath of fresh air

So much easier to use. Love the app and the notifications just wish there was more human interaction. Used the chat facility to ask a question who says they’d refer it and I’d get a message but still have haven’t heard back. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023

Poor app and customer service

Was a starling customer from 2017 until late 2022. Nothing but issues with their app and customer service. CASS to another bank as I couldn’t take it any longer. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023

Love this bank

Excellent service. As a personal user I couldn't fault it and would heartily recommend. The only thing I would suggest is for business bank accounts to allow access for non-directors, so that we could switch to this bank at my company - unfortunately this feature makes it impossible for us to use currently.
