The future of banking

Switched from a traditional account because the previous bank wouldn't let me have a second account without charging. It's a revalation! Phone interface is brilliant, the savings pots are simple and great for paying bills as well. Notifications when money come in and out are instant, and it even notifies me the day before a bill will be paid if there isn't enough money in the account. Paying in cheques is instant with the phone as well. It's the future, and a world away from the traditional high street banks. The PC interface is decent as well, better than the other mobile banks. Best Bank I've ever had

Just the best

Never had a single problem with starling - their layout in the mobile app is so clean and accessible. Incredibly easy to find everything you need such as: transactions (for different periods of time), all your card details if needed for online shopping, scheduled payments or direct debits and not to mention ‘spaces’. There when needed most

Having been made redundant at the start of the pandemic, I was really fortunate to be offered a new position. The new job required me to start a Ltd company which was a challenge. Part of starting a business meant having a company bank account. I had been with Lloyds and Halifax all my working life (42 yrs) and was dumfounded that neither were able to provide a business account. None of the main banks were able to help. I did a bit of research and got the Starling app. The rest is history. It worked for me at a time when I needed it. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
