Easy, simple and secure

This is the first time I have banked with a mobile bank and frankly, I am not at all disappointed. The mobile app is simple to use, easy to navigate and allows you to check, move and receive money wherever you are on the go. I would never go back to a brick bank ever again. Great all-round experience

After nearly 40 years of being an RBS customer I switched to Starling because of RBS' poor record on violations. The switch was so easy, customer service is superb, the app easy to use and the Starling debit card (that easily switches between my Current and Euro accounts) is clever and extremely useful.
