Easy, no nonsense banking

Love my online account

When I opened this account it was mainly to try out online banking and now I wouldn't be without it. I love how easy it is to use and I feel secure using it. Its changed the way I make purchases. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Great service and communication

I was going away on holiday and the thought of carrying all my money around with me gave me the chills, a friend suggested I get a sterling account so I could use my money through my account no fees while away, safe and secure transactions and my peace of mind. I signed up and withing days my card was here and my money transfered ! I felt so much easier while away. I now use my starling account as my everyday account. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

My Mobile Bank

Starling was recommended to me. I have had my account now, for quite a while. One word Summary Outstanding!! Weird at first having no building to go to, nonetheless one of the best Customer Service online I have ever used. I do miss face to face as quite chatty to be fair, but I cannot fault Starling. Great app and amazing customer service

The app is fantastic; easy to use, intuitive, good to look at and the ‘spaces’ idea is amazing. On the few times I have needed to speak with customer service, they have been quick to answer, friendly and really helpful. The fact I can use any post office to put cash in the back is great and I am looking forward to benefiting from the travel benefits of Starling this summer. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
