The best

Been amazing from the start and all round. The easy process of opening the account, it all being online, the app is wonderful, super easier to navigate. I love all the extra features like the "spaces" and the "round up" function is fab! Yeah. Can't wait to get more people to join! And for my daughter to be old enough for her kite card! Sterling Starling

My husband and I wanted to set up completely online personal bank accounts, we did a little research and saw Starling was recommended so decided to give them a try. Setting up individual accounts was very simple, the joint account was even quicker and I love the features. Well done Starling, a Sterling performance. Have recommended you already and will do again. Quick, easy & very efficient

Since moving to Starling I have been impressed with just how easy to use the online platform and how fast it is to make payments. I’m also extremely impressed by the security procedures they have in place to ensure it’s safe banking and their communication is second to none! The best bank I've ever used, by far.

Starling just does everything right. From instant notifications when spending to advance notifications of incoming deposits. I always know exactly how much money I have with a quick look at my phone. Interbank transfers are easy and instant, with a built in verification tool to ensure you're sending to the correct account. Security is great without being overbearing and even if a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, I can instantly approve it on my phone, assuming it's me of course. Being able to instantly freeze a card if you think you've lost it is also a great feature because you don't have to go through the hassle of ordering a new card only to find your "lost" one 10 minutes later. Gone are the days of waiting a month for a statement, going to the branch to get an accurate balance update, or having to call HQ to sort out a stopped transaction. Highly recommended.
