Great customer service

My wife and I have recently opened a starling accounts. We are both very impressed with customer service and security features. Easy to open + set up. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

The way banking should be.

I just love the option of having a sterling and euro account on one card. When I go on holidays I just transfer from my sterling account to my euro and I good to go. I also have the option of rounding up my spending. This allows me to save a little here and there and before you know it there is a bit extra for that holiday or something special. Banking could not be any easier

Best bank I have ever used

Starling has a lovely app, the customer service is amazing (I had to phone them a few times after forgetting passwords and stuff, and never had to wait more than about 15 seconds). Starling - the straightforward bank

I’ve never come across a bank before that is so accessible and so easy to use online especially when travelling. It is so helpful to have instant notifications of spending and an thorough record of all spending transactions. Transfers in and out are also worry free. Great for budgeting

Love this bank. Special savings "spaces" make saving for special events easy. Money is secure when put into these spaces and can't be accessed unless you move them to your home page. It means if you lose your card your money is safe. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
