The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

No hassle, simple and secure.

I switched from a high street bank who I had been with for about 25 years. So glad I did. Starling are great. I was so fed up with constant letters and calls trying to make me take credit cards, loans etc. Starling are not like that. Just great, simple secure banking. Thank you! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Hassle free and intuitive app

Best Bank

Recently transferred to Starling as my previous Bank were not keeping up with todays technology. I had put this off for a while thinking something was bound to go wrong. My fears were misplaced as Starling made everything go smoothly and kept me updated along the way. I am enjoying my new Starling Account which is working extremely well. I wish I had moved sooner!
