The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple No Nonsense Banking

Simple and to use

I haven’t been in a bank branch for years, and not in the branch that held my account for decades, so had to use their clunky online and phone services. The opportunity to move to a dedicated online bank was too good to miss, and has turned out to be every bit as simple and easy to use as I’d hoped. Nothing fancy, it just works!
