The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank ever

Super easy to use, online banking means everything is instantaneous (transactions, …). It was recommended to me by a friend and I was right to trust them. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

User feedback is ignored

Starling used to be great. Til they started making changes to the app that made no sense. Can't delete spaces any more and transaction logos have now been wrong for over 5 years. I'd love to say they're the best bank. If they listened to customer feedback and needs they might get there but until then it's shit Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

So flexible - revolutionised banking!

I have loved becoming a Starling customer. They have made banking so easy and convenient. One of my favourite features is having a little warning that direct debits are coming out soon. I also love that it sends little notifications of spend on joint accounts. This all helps me management my money. It really feels like a modern bank that is fit for today's challenges.
