The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great app and great service

I love all the saving spaces in the app. It’s really helped me budget effectively. The team were also so great when I need to close a joint account under difficult circumstances. All done quick and easily in the app hassle free. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Amazing!

We moved to starling bank over a year ago. At first things where tough to change over companies didn’t accept it but we persisted and it worked out amazing! We even had to cooperate with customer service at one point. And they were so nice and helpful. I would really recommend this bank to anyone we have a joint account and we also have personal accounts, it’s so easy to set up and use. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Easy to use

Better than any bank out there , easy to set up and use without the complications that you get with regular banks. They also have access in the app the web chat so any problems are effectively resolved. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Starling - Simply the best

Have been banking with Starling for just 2 ½ years now. Used the debit card for a 5 week road trip in the USA just after opening account and absolutely no hiccups at all. Great foreign exchange rates saved us a lot of fees. Have since started to use Starling as my main bank account as everything works well and good customer service if ever needed. Best Bank on High Street

Simple application process, great app and easy to navigate security feature, when buying/paying online. No phone calls, like from High Street banks, offering account review and additional products. Moved my salary there. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
