The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple

A great banking system

Really impressed with the service

Initially my only gripe was no internet access, but this was introduced fairly quickly and works really well. I have already recommended to many friends and discovered that some already had accounts. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

For the long haul!

I joined starling a couple of years ago, customer service was on the ball anytime in needed help! Easy to sign up to the current account, app is great and user friendly easy to navigate and track your finances. Best bank I have been with & I am in my early 40s so not New to banking.
