The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Never like internet banking...until now

From looking at Starling Bank to opening an account, to the switching to today has been easy , informative and simple to use. If you do not wish to use your mobile phone, it is amazing and quick and easy to log in on the computer. Great customer service and you are notified about everything along the way. Excellent bank!

I signed up to Starling just to use as a personal account away from my main account to keep certain incomes separate. Starling works perfectly! I love that I get notifications saying I've spent £x amount at y place. Or that so and so has paid £x. It's mildly annoying sometimes but really useful! Especially with the direct debits coming out. Security is amazing! I had to change my pw a little while go, and although it was a little bit frustrating, from my end - I really appreciate the way it's done to protect my finances. GBP and Euro account majic

I have a second home in France and lost many hours researching and comparing the best way to manage large transactions and everyday transactions. I reached Starling and couldn’t believe it would be as easy and cost effective as it said. It was as - and more. It is truly magical how I can switch between the two with the same card and fully understand each transaction costs. Nothing is hidden. Excellent ethical bank

Extremely happy to bank with this ethical bank. The current account switch was a breeze and the app is very user friendly with ever more useful features being added. I especially like the saving spaces which enable me to budget much more effectively and pay bills directly from my allocated funds within the current account. I chose this bank primarily because of its ethical stance and being a female led company is also a positive in my eyes. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Great app and quick support

Using Starling Bank has changed how I manage my finances. “Spaces” allows me to budget for expenditure and this is offset against my overdraft which reduces my interest charges. The overdraft fees are the lowest from any bank. Support via in app chat is quick and easy to use. An actual human responds and helps you or passes you onto the correct person. No monthly charges and very easy to use

Easy, clear and useful banking app.

Love the breakdown in spending, notifications when I've spent money, linked euro account and no charges for paying with my card when in Europe and using the linked euro account. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Starling bank is best that helps you by giving you details of how you spend your money they have good customer service.
