The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great Customer Service, Issues Resolved Fast

When I first started banking with them, everything was smooth-sailing. Later on I'd realised I couldn't access certain features. Once I got in touch, they we're able to update the app and fix the bug. All in a short time frame! Easy to use app as well! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
