Helpful and informative

I took out the policy after hearing from a friend. I soon found out I was pregnant and thought it best to inform them and the lady who answered was so attentive, happy for me and was giving life advice along with travel advice. Felt like a customer, not just a person on the other end of the phone. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Excellent service

Having needed to renew my travel insurance policy, I was greeted on the phone by Val who was very calm and engaging. Reaching 68 years of age and having to add more health issues she took the time to go through everything, explaining all as we went through the list. Best Experience ever

I am now over 50 & I been travelling since I was 18. Although I only been using Staysure for last 5 years, they have been the best provider with excellent customer service, questions, advice & claims. Beat all previous providers without doubt.
