GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIMES AND OFFERED A DELAYED START DATE DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

It was great to be able to have cover available in case I could travel, yet still extend the start date if I did'nt. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Tried & tested

Had heart attack at airport on way home. Staysure were contacted and from that moment everything was taken care of including a paramedic to accompany us on the delayed return journey home. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

The company who cares

Though out Covid-19, this company has kept me informed of my cover, the information government was giving and how it effected me. Over the last 18 months they have ensured I was happy with my policy and that it meet my needs. Knowing I was covered for cruising they made a point to give information that was detailed to the current situations. Now We are back cruising and I know I am in good hands.
