Staysure for Sure!

The only company that kept their promise to ring me back when insurance-company lines were incredibly busy. I was talked to, and not at, making things easy to understand. Friendly and competent staff. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Efficient, speedy and competent service provider

We decided to take advantage of a ‘relaxation’ in the Covid regulations on both sides of the channel to make a last minute visit to our house in France … the first visit in the last year. Travel insurance was a must and an ‘on line’ search of providers involved us in some complicated processes. We stumbled across ‘Staysure’ and found their processes and procedures to be simplicity itself! We applied for travel insurance on-line on a Sunday evening and received an acknowledgment, acceptance and policy documents on the following Monday. Absolutely perfectly satisfied with ‘Staysure’ ! Excellent cover at a fair price

Just taken out an annual multi trip policy and got 15 months cover for the price of 12, and even got a further discount using a code! Hopefully I won’t need to make a claim but communication so far has been excellent. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
