GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIMES AND OFFERED A DELAYED START DATE DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

Claims handling

Did not receive a reply to a potential claim I made last year following the cancellation of my flight and Turkey closing their border due to COVID. Disappointing but you did volunteer to extend the renewal date . Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
