It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Life Saving!

This service is absolutely phenomenal and to put it frankly, They Saved my Life. Not only have they helped me with my finances and to get total control of my life but they have spoken to me and advised me wisely, fairly and empatheticalky.. Fantastic organisation

After battling with myself day to day with regards to obtaining debt advice, I finally made the call and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Every one I spoke to was so helpful and spoke to me in great detail in regards to my options. I have found all of the advidors at Step Change second to none whilst being quite overwhelmed due to some financial difficulties.
