Very understanding staff no judgement at all such a weight off my shoulders . Helped me choose the correct plan for me and once reviewed my circumstances had changed so the plan was rearranged by a really helpful member of staff . Excellent communication from the start . No judgement - just help

Returned a QoL for the whole family

My circumstances changed dramatically leaving me in a position where debt was running away from me and my mail, post box and phone was inundated by creditors. Stepchange was a life changer, I wasn’t scrabbling to try to get payments made or losing sleep anymore.
