It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Excellent service and support

I can’t thank step change enough as they helped me with my debts I felt stuck and helpless due to my financial struggles and was embarrassed to speak to anyone about it but my friend convinced me and I managed to get the vital help I needed to get my finances in check.
