It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Saved me really

I was sinking with all my debts and didn’t know where to turn until I was told about StepChange…All it took was 1 phone call and I spoke to a lovely companion lady that put my mind a rest and reassured me that it’s ok to ask for help and after I finished the call I felt so much better that I took a huge lungful of air and gently let it out and it gave me hope that I can see a light at the end of a dark passage….THANK YOU SO MUCH Reviewed on: 29th June 2023

Staff are very understanding and patient.

Staff are not pushy and being able to contact them directly if in difficulty ie questions and answers , emailing Links ect keeping in touch via message or email.. thts my experience kind helpful understanding and will provide all sorts of information to help whatever is needed.
