I was very nervous and embarrassed about speaking to anyone about my debt. It has been the best thing I have done getting in touch with Stepchange. Customer service is awful.

Customer service is awful. if you call them youll be stuck in a queue of 30+ people therefore having to wait atleast an hour or 2. If you email them youll be luck to get a reply within a month. Besides this issue its been smooth Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
