Step Change has saved my life

Stopped the worry!

After a serious illness and not being able to work, we were in a terrible place with debts. We were a young family and I was unable to work for almostn2 years. When we came to Step Change, they helped is to do a budget, wet a monthly payment plan and contacted all of our creditors to arrange everything. Help when i really needed it

Before i contacted step change i didn't know where to turn i had got myself in debt, i was going in to debt just to pay off debt, it was a worst point of my life and i didn't know what today expect nearly ending it all, just to stop the calls and letters, then i seen ad advert for step changed one phone call to them and it felt whole lot of weight off my shoulders they weren't judgemental within a few weeks i had plan all my debt collectors where not calling, no more threatening letters i had some sort of life back, it's been hard these last few years keeping up with the plan but there is light at the end of tunnel and come December for the first time in 18 years ill be debt free. Excellent Service

At a time when they were needed the most Step Change, literally changed my life and got it into some order of assemblence . Took away the financial worry.
