It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Life-changing and brilliant ethos

I'm an doctoral-level educated, broadly experienced and competent life manager but still walked out of a divorce in a financial mess. Stepchange helped me re-orient and establish a meaningful strategy and helped me make progress on paying down my debts. Their systems work perfectly with no irritation and their interpersonal skills are exemplary. Not patronising, extremely polite and results-focussed. This is how it ought to be done.
