Step Change are fantastic

A heavy burden lifted

Simply put - I would never have managed to get on top of my debt problem without the assistance StepChange have given me. I think I begun my debt management plan 4 years ago; at the time I could barely manage to make the minimum payments, but as I write this I am ~3 months from being entirely debt-free. Excellent service

Stepchange have really helped me dig my way out of a debt that was spiralling out of control. Worked out how much I could afford to pay each month and dealt with all my creditors for me. Such a helpful company.

After a series of unfortunate events, I found myself in over my head when it came to being in debt. I was recommended to contact Step Change and I was skepticism and a little bit scared of asking for help. I have now been with Step Change for 5 years and no matter how my circumstances have changed, they have always been very accommodating and respectful. They are lovely to deal with and I’ve always recommended them to friends or family who are struggling financially. I am almost debt free and couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you!
