After a long time worrying myself half to death about debt to then taking the step to actually make the call to Stepchange was a challenging time. It is an awful feeling when you are in debt and you don't know what to do. You feel you should know better as an adult but circumstances just collided. Step Change were non judgemental. They just wanted to help. All they all for is honesty. They were so helpful and supportive. They helped me to sleep at night again and stop the panic attacks. Incredible company and service. After contacting step change I was able to start sleeping at night again, instead of worrying where I was going to find money from, after my health issues stopped me working.
