It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. LIFESAVERS AND LIFE CHANGERS

I ran into financial difficulties after having my hours cut at work and then bills mounting up and overdrafts increasing. My friend suggested I contact STEPCHANGE after things started having an effect on me mentally. From the initial contact I felt an immediate burden lifted.
